A 6-week group

coaching program for leaders starting in June that is redefining resilience

Designed For leaders, initiators, and go-getters

Your might be a good fit for this program if:

  • You are an independent go-getter and you have no more energy to "go and get."

  • You are used to leading and initiating projects and ideas and now find yourself feeling drained.

  • You've had a few bonks that have created distraction and depletion for you and you are ready to bust beyond.

  • You may or may not be clear on what you want, but you are clear that what you have been trying isn't getting you there.

You might also love Busting Beyond the Bonks if:

  • You love a challenge and are willing to lean into a bit of discomfort.

  • You are willing to be vulnerable even if it doesn't come easy at first.

  • You would welcome some support to experience more ease in your life.

  • You yearn for more meaning and joy.

Hey. Tina here.

Chances are you have probably experienced a bonk or two in your life.

What is a bonk? When used as a noun, a bonk is defined as "an act of knocking or hitting something that causes a reverberating sound." In cycling, a bonk is the depletion of your glycogen stores resulting in extreme weakness and lack of energy. For our purposes a bonk is something (often unexpected) that impacts you and depletes your energy and drive.

Dealing with a pandemic is hard on all of us in some way. Many of us have had "extra bonks" layered on making life that much harder. If this sounds like you, I want you to know that what you are experiencing is normal. There is nothing wrong with you. And I want you to find more ease as you move through whatever bonk(s) you have experienced.

What if there was a way to pause and take stock of what is most important to you? What if you could train your brain to be more effective? What if there was a way to move forward with a bit more ease? Would that interest you?

I have been there

On New Years Eve  as 2019 ended and 2020 began, my sister-in-law passed away unexpectedly. This is was just the start to a year of bonks...

  • In March, COVID 19 shutdowns resulted in a significant reduction in my client base as budgets tightened.

  • Between May-June I began experiencing intense back pain and didn't know what was causing it.

  • In late July, an electrical short caused a house fire resulting  in the loss of my home.

  • As we were figuring out where to live long-term, my car broke down.

  • Remember the back pain I mentioned? Turns out I had a cyst pressing on my spinal cord. I ended up needing surgery, which I had in October.

  • In November, the night before my birthday, my daughter cancelled her planned Christmas trip to see us because of COVID surges (I hadn't seen her since January at the funeral for my sister-in-law).

  • Then the morning of my birthday I ended up needing to take my husband to the hospital and I finally had my meltdown.

It wasn't one thing, it was EVERYTHING!
I had hit the tipping point and spent most of my birthday crying at my very own pity party.

So like many of you, I had a bonk or two in 2020. And, I thought I was doing pretty well with all of it. Yes, there was some increased stress, but I was able to "grind" through and stay mostly positive (or so I thought). Lots of people commented on how resilient I was. And while from the outside that seemed to be true, I was definitely feeling the impact of all these things.

I felt the weight of everything and I had no energy left. I soon realized that grinding through wasn't working anymore. Something had to change. Period.

I became committed to no more grinding. I started seeking out alternative ways to move through the all the loss, change, and pain. As I did, I started finding more ease, support, and peace. I discovered a new way of being with myself and the challenges that allowed me to find a bit more spaciousness - and it was such a relief. Now I want to support others to do the same.

There is a way you can be with and bust through the bonks with more easeful and attentiveness - no longer is the plan to merely grind through.

That is why I am here to say:

Grind culture is over.

And I will support you to make it so.

Compassion%2520Skills%2520Training%2520I

Yep. It's done.

No more grinding to get through.

No more "resilience" nonsense to enable busy-making.

No more toughening-up to signify your strength.

No more going at it alone

What I want for you out of this program:

  • To make friends with reality (the experience of getting bonked) while also designing a fulfilling life

  • To create more ease  (perhaps a LOT more) in moving towards your goals and dreams

  • To have a bit more compassion for your body and your brain, and to learn ways to take care of them

  • To get support from others in a way that contributes to all involved.

GRIND CULTURE IS OVER.

What YOU'LL GET:

  • Opportunity to observe how your brain works and how to train it to your advantage

  • Practical tools that will support you with experiencing more ease

  • Practice in honing your skill in creating and/or getting support

  • Discernment for when to say "no"  so that you can bring more clarity and space for your "yes"

  • A chance to practice the art of compassion and forgiveness

When : June 7th - July 19th, (July 5th off) 6 weeks  on Mondays from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. PST

Where : Zoom - but of course!

Who : You (fingers crossed) and no more than 15 other participants who are ready to redefine resilience while busting beyond the bonks.

Cost : The cost for this program is valued at $600 but... because I am committed to creating a world where everyone is supported 100% and no one is left out, I have created a sliding scale to make this course accessible to all. And, because it is the first time I am running this program, you will receive a 🎉25% off Incubator Discount off the regular rates!🎉

Your Sliding Scale Investment

The rates I charge for programs reflects this commitment to financial accessibility by having those who can pay more support me to offer lower rates to those who can pay only at lower levels. By paying the most authentic fee for yourself, you are helping ensure that my support is accessible. I ask myself four questions when setting my rates:

  1. What will reflect the value you will receive?

  2. What will give you more than your money's worth?

  3. What will honor a variety of financial situations?, and

  4. What will allow my own work to be sustainable?

With that in mind, I ask that you choose the rate that is an authentic stretch, but not a hardship for you:

Regular Program Fee                                       Incubator Rate

$600 if you are financially flourishing                $450 (25% off)

$450 if you are living comfortably                      $337.50 (25% off)

$300 if it is a stretch to be investing at all         $225 (25% off)

Please pay with joy and keep it simple! Make sure your investment is a true stretch and not a hardship. Pay more, knowing you're helping folks join who otherwise couldn't. OR pay less, knowing you're giving what you truly can. If these rates are still outside your reach, please contact me to discuss scholarship options at tina@strengthspartner.com.
